Your canyon-edge retreat awaits. This spacious, beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom duplex sits on 1.5 acres overlooking Rock Creek Canyon. Enjoy the open floor plan, chef's kitchen, and walls of windows framing stunning countryside views. Unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Pull through parking with room for your trailer —and just 7 minutes from Twin Falls' shops and dining. The perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and easy convenience.

This unit features 2 bedrooms (King and Queen), a luxurious bathroom, and in-unit laundry. The open-concept kitchen and living area takes full advantage of massive windows and incredible skyline views. Two private patios offer space to relax outdoors. Plenty of parking for multiple cars and large trailers via the looping driveway.

The property spans 1.5 acres with a large front yard, mature landscaping, and sits right above a trout farm in Rock Creek Canyon. Fun fact: this is the site of a historic stagecoach stop on the Oregon Trail—you can see the marker on the corner of the property!

Note: The indoor fireplace is decorative only; a log set with candles is provided for ambiance. Firewood for the outdoor fire pit is included.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
